Job description

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering. You’ll bridge client needs with production-grade solutions, leading hands-on delivery while shaping technical pursuits. You’ll build reusable accelerators, guide teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes across engagements. This role combines client work with delivery leadership to advance the firm’s AI-enabled cyber services and capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client business needs and privacy requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field * 7+ years of experience in DT&P domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production use * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
