Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy, you will guide AI-enabled engineering solutions addressing identity, access, and data protection. You’ll bridge client needs with producible architectures, lead hands-on delivery, and shape reusable accelerators for scalable outcomes. You’ll manage delivery quality and foster team capability while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers impact through building AI-driven cyber services in a trusted professional environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, diagnosing issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, estimations, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent demonstrated experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering on AWS, Azure, or GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client/production environment * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
