MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you guide the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, helping clients transform finance and supply-chain processes in a cloud-first setting. You lead a Deloitte delivery team, collaborate with functional and technical experts, and support pre-sales to drive impactful outcomes. You work with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose implementations. This is a chance to influence multi-industry ERP programs within a global consulting network. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a Deloitte team delivering D365 F&O solutions for clients * Translate client business requirements into D365 F&O designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities with client-ready artifacts * Maintain deep expertise on Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or internal industry role * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements and design documentation * Skilled in leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
