Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you’ll drive finance transformation for executive clients by delivering Oracle EPM cloud solutions. You’ll join a Controllership and Treasury Transformation team to modernize finance processes and enable data-driven decision making. You’ll diagnose current-state processes, design target solutions, and lead FCCS implementations that strengthen controllership and reporting. You’ll work with CFOs and finance leaders to turn complex challenges into actionable improvements and measurable value. This is a high-impact, client-facing opportunity within Deloitte’s transforming finance practice. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements to guide solution design * Diagnose issues with analytical methods and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement finance transformation solutions * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance and maintain professional relationships across teams Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS or similar) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% (variable by client) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
