Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you support Oracle EPM transformation engagements and deliver FCCS-enabled solutions for clients in finance transformation. You work with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose issues, design solutions, and drive implementation of cloud EPM capabilities. You’ll help modernize controllership and treasury processes and enable data-driven decision making. This role offers impactful work across client organizations and the opportunity to shape financial close and reporting programs. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements to guide solution design * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS) * Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives * Develop project deliverables based on analysis and stakeholder input * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
