Job description

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you’ll guide AI-enabled engineering work to tackle identity, access, and data protection challenges. You’ll bridge client needs with production-grade solutions, lead delivery teams, and shape reusable accelerators. You’ll work across engagements to ensure quality, scope, and timelines while growing client and team capabilities. This role offers hands-on architecture, delivery leadership, and a chance to impact security and privacy at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled architectures aligned to delivery objectives * Lead the design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
