Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will lead AI-enabled engineering solutions to address identity, access, and data protection challenges. You’ll blend client engagement with hands-on delivery, shaping architecture, building production-grade systems, and driving reusable accelerators. You’ll guide teams, manage delivery quality, and contribute to pursuits with demos, POCs, and estimates. This role offers meaningful impact at scale in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery goals * Lead the design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including troubleshooting * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction with continuous improvement * Develop team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM in client or production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Equivalent demonstrated experience if degree evidence is limited * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
