Job description

Experteer Overview Engineer leadership role shaping AI-enabled identity, access, and data protection solutions. You will guide hands-on delivery while mentoring teams, and you’ll craft reusable accelerators that scale client impact. The role blends client engagement with production-grade engineering, contributing to defense-in-depth cyber services. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted, high-quality outcomes that reduce risk and complexity for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot as needed * Shape technical solutions during pursuits; lead demos, PoCs, estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability via accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in specified fields or equivalent experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
