Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager on Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled identity, access, and data protection solutions. You’ll bridge client needs with production-grade architecture, guiding teams and building reusable accelerators. You shape technical work during pursuits and oversee delivery quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic leadership to drive impactful security solutions for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client requirements into AI-enabled, target-state architectures and deliverables * Lead the design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, POCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements * Develop team capability and reusable accelerators through documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production settings * Ability to travel ~25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
