Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will lead hands-on delivery of AI-enabled engineering solutions addressing identity, access, and data protection. You will mentor teams, shape technical strategies, and deliver production-grade outcomes for clients. The role blends client engagement with technical execution, building reusable accelerators and driving quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to scale secure, privacy-forward technology in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled architectures and delivery plans * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, and estimates * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Develop team capability via accelerators, documentation, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 5+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP (containers, CI/CD, version control) * 6-12 months designing/deploying AI/LLM in client/production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
