Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will drive AI-enabled engineering solutions for identity, access, and data protection challenges. You will balance client engagement with hands-on delivery, shaping architectures and production-grade implementations. You’ll lead teams, develop reusable accelerators, and oversee end-to-end delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role blends technical leadership with pursuit shaping to advance clients’ cyber resilience. You’ll work in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on real-world impact and scalable solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, troubleshooting issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery including scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction * Build team capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless architectures * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
