Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday functional implementations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team, translating business requirements into functional designs, and guiding client workshops to align scope and deliverables. You will support testing, deployment, and stabilization activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality deliverables. This role focuses on transforming HR technology to improve workforce outcomes and value for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts * Translate business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations * Facilitate client meetings to align scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM configuration, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Preferred: Workday certification in 1+ functional area * 2+ years mentoring junior staff and leading client workshops Key requirements *
