Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled security solutions for clients. You bridge client needs with target architectures, guiding hands-on work and shaping solutions during pursuits. You’ll mentor teams, develop reusable accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role combines technical execution with strategy to strengthen identity, access, and data protection capabilities at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client business needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery goals * Lead the hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot technical issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement across engagements * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrated experience) * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
