Salesforce Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end Salesforce solution design for client deployments, translating business needs into scalable architectures. You will lead design sessions, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide delivery from discovery through deployment. You’ll stay current with Salesforce innovations and contribute thought leadership, mentoring teammates and supporting sales efforts. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations * Translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions * Lead functional and business design sessions and document processes * Provide effort estimates and articulate feasibility and risks * Coordinate with technical resources to ensure clean integrations * Design and manage test plans to ensure quality * Stay updated on Salesforce releases and capabilities * Support sales efforts with design feasibility and estimates * Coach and mentor junior team members * Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates against requirements Tasks * 8+ years CRM experience with Salesforce * Experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty Cloud * Industry experience in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector preferred * Strong Salesforce functional development and configuration knowledge * Understanding of architecture, data modeling, and design patterns * Expertise in data sharing and visibility considerations * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent written and oral communication; up-to-date with latest Salesforce releases * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parenteral leave * 401(k) with match * health, dental, and vision coverage * adoption and fertility assistance * well-being expense reimbursement
