Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Anwendern
Unterstützung bei technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Fragen
Durchführung von Support per Telefon und Fernwartung
Beratung und Information zu verschiedenen Software-Produkten
Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Pflege von Supporttickets
Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Software-Support von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
Gutes Sprachgefühl und sichere schriftliche Kommunikation
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse & Fließende Englischkenntnisse
