Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st Level Support
Einrichtung und Pflege von Hard- und Software
Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
Dokumentation im Ticketsystem und Erstellung von Anleitungen
Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd Level Support

Requirements

Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
Kenntnisse in Windows-Systemen und Netzwerken
Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
