Job description

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen, die im 1st Level nicht gelöst werden konnten
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer IT-Probleme (Hardware, Software, Netzwerk)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Systemen und Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung bei Rollouts und IT-Projekten
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen und Erstellung von Wissensartikeln
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support (2nd Level) erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Servern, Netzwerken, IT-Sicherheit und Ticketsystemen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
