IT Field Engineer

We’re seeking a customer-focused Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support across hospital and clinical settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and delivering outstanding customer service., * Provide desktop support for clinical and administrative staff

• Deploy, image, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform hardware break/fix support and equipment replacements
• Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
• Support technology rollouts and day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Windows environments, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with imaging, deployments, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
