Job description

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und über das Ticketsystem

  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen
  • Betreuung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd Level Support für komplexere technische Anliegen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine serviceorientierte Denkweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
  • Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
