Requirements
- Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or Field Support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience with laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and hardware replacement.
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addresses, DHCP/DNS, static IP configuration, and remote connectivity.
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise IT environment.
