Technical Support Representative

• Provide excellent customer-focused technical support
• Troubleshoot residential network and service issues
• Create, update, and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner
• Monitor alarms, emails, and system notifications for customer issues
• Communicate outages and service updates to customers and internal teams
• Assist with after-hours monitoring of the command centre and dispatch security personnel as needed
• Identify trends in customer concerns and report findings to management

• Comfortable using ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and diagnostic software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Experience supporting service providers or enterprise networks is a plus
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
