IT Field Technician - Flynn Group - Applebee's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut- Augusta

Flynn Group is hiring a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support our restaurant locations across Georgia and South Carolina. You’ll be the go-to tech keeping restaurant systems up and running so teams can focus on serving guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to restaurant locations to repair, service, and maintain IT equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and installation projects
• Troubleshoot POS systems, computers, peripherals, cabling, and basic networks
• Test systems to ensure full functionality
• Support restaurant teams with technical issues and questions
• Document work completed using ServiceNow
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system issues
• Work independently while meeting quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Hand tools?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

• General computer knowledge (Windows/DOS)
• Basic cabling and networking knowledge
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to work on a 6’-8’ ladder
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
