Requirements
I have 15-years in supporting the full-life cycle of software development. The last 9-years has been with Epic Software. I have experience with backend functions: User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking and mitigation, environment build, configuration; and the front-end: technical training, instructional design, workflow analysis, ServiceNow Help Desk support and Go-Live Support.
I am certified in Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation (and Optime which I am renewing. In addition to my certification in ClinDoc, I also support Behavioral Health, Rehab, Anesthesia and Orders. I have successfully trained and shepherded other Epic Trainers through the Epic Credentialing process; and mentor new Epic team members.
In my previous career I worked in media communications where I became a pro with Adobe Creative Suite software and agile workflows and methodologies. I started my technical training career teaching Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and graphic design. I transitioned these skills from print into instructional and e-Learning design. I am also a Microsoft Office Power User.
I have a reputation for incorporating my agile design thinking into innovative problem solving and solutions in healthcare IT.
