Job description
You'll be the first point of contact for all service requests and queries, ensuring they are logged accurately and passed to the correct teams for action. This involves:
- Logging, prioritising, and tracking service requests and incidents.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Managing and updating data within our systems.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL: Significant previous experience working in a busy helpdesk or similar service environment.
- ESSENTIAL: Proven working knowledge and experience with the CAFM system Maximo.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, friendly, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
