Job description

You'll be the first point of contact for all service requests and queries, ensuring they are logged accurately and passed to the correct teams for action. This involves:

  • Logging, prioritising, and tracking service requests and incidents.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Managing and updating data within our systems.

Requirements

  • ESSENTIAL: Significant previous experience working in a busy helpdesk or similar service environment.
  • ESSENTIAL: Proven working knowledge and experience with the CAFM system Maximo.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A professional, friendly, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
