Job description
We invite qualified candidates to contribute meaningfully to the lives of young people while developing their professional skills within a progressive organisation. We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Data Officer to join our Central Trust Data Team to support of two secondary schools-Melksham Oak Community School and Devizes School. The remaining day may be completed remotely, with occasional travel required to our central offices in Swindon.
This is no ordinary data role. You'll enjoy a stimulating and varied week, spending two days at each school, working closely with inspiring school leaders and our Trust Data Manager to ensure data is not only accurate and insightful, but truly transformative. Your expertise will have a direct impact, empowering schools to make informed decisions that boost student achievement and wellbeing.
As a valued member of our friendly central team, you'll have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily life of each school-building strong relationships, tackling challenges head-on, and seeing the results of your work unfold in real time. This is a fantastic chance to expand your skills within a supportive, purpose-driven environment, where your contributions are genuinely valued.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but above all, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow with us.
