Electronics Repair Technician (Cell/Tablet/Computers/Gaming Systems)

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and other electronics
• Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through repair completion
• Explain repair options and technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
• Recommend accessories and protection products that enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed repair quality and customer satisfaction goals
• Accurately manage repairs using our point-of-sale and repair management systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safeguard customer devices
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
• Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude and convert inquiries into store visits
• Represent CPR Cell Phone Repair’s core values in every customer interaction

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous electronics repair or soldering experience preferred (not required-we will train the right candidate)

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
