Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen, Workplace-Hardware und Ticketsystemen (ServiceNow von Vorteil)
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Lernbereitschaft, bodenständiger Teamplayer und keine Scheu mit anzupacken
  • Bei Bedarf zeitliche Flexibilität, um das Team tatkräftig zu unterstützen

About the company

  • Support: Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Tickets zu Hard- und Softwarethemen, Logins sowie Basisfragen zu internen Anwendungen (z. B. ERP)
  • On- & Offboarding: Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Rücknahme von Hardware sowie Verwaltung der Benutzerzugänge nach definierten Prozessen
  • Arbeitsplatzbetreuung: Einrichtung und laufender Support der Arbeitsplätze am Standort sowie gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Besuche in österreichischen Niederlassungen
  • Teamwork: Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des IT-Teams mit Schnittstellen im Unternehmen __________________
